Ximending is well known for its source of fashion,

subculture and urban legend, but still, in essence, what is

Ximending?. “Will of power”

, a model which is raised by

Nietzsche, leads me to study the power shift of this

imaginary land instead of ordinary ways in research.

Historically Ximending is a place which keeping altering

its background rapidly. To meet with urban protocols, a

new connection system is introduced to Ximending,

which mainly take place on sky level & alley at back, it

could preserve more local micro-commerce compare to

the current way in urban renewal, which just removing

them and pulling up the business value violently.
