關於時間/劇場的某種嘗試

我曾希望觀者能以身體性的方式進入作品(劇場)，卻意外發現，當我放下對系統被理解的渴望，
轉而接納那些被誤讀的、被止步的、以及撤展時被視為麻煩的現實當下，作品才眞正完整。
那些不為人知的建造勞動，與觀者小心翼翼跳過砂環的瞬間，共構了時間最生動的表情。
我覺得我的畢業設計並非要給出一個關於時間的答案，而是藉由空間(劇場)這個載體，拆解掉對於時間存在的預設。
不再執著於符號的完美拼貼，不再定義觀看的標準姿勢，
那個被隱藏在精密邏輯後的、純粹而流動的眞實，才得以在觀者與創作者的視線交會處，靜默地顯影。

I had hoped that viewers would enter the work (theatre) physically, but I unexpectedly
discovered that the work only truly became complete when I let go of my desire for the
system to be understood and instead accepted the reality of what was misinterpreted, what
was stopped, and what was seen as troublesome during the dismantling of the exhibition.
The unknown construction labor and the moment when viewers carefully stepped over the
sand ring together constituted the most vivid expression of time.
I feel that my graduation project is not about giving an answer about time, but about using
space (theater) as a medium to dismantle the presuppositions about the existence of time.
No longer fixated on the perfect collage of symbols, no longer defining the standard posture
of viewing, the pure and fluid reality hidden behind precise logic can then silently emerge at
the point where the gazes of the viewer and the creator meet.
