痕跡是一種動態過程,使物件的狀態產生變化。

被痕跡佔據的物件將被重新解釋與認知,讓物件和空間在失去機能後,依舊能繼續辯證與對話。

 

位於台北市的中山橋在多重問題下被暫時拆除,暫時放置於鄰近的岸邊,編號後將其列為歷史建築物,並預計在未來重組。以橋樑的重建工程為起點,透過執行重建工程之工務所與重建之橋體,以紀念性的操作方向,使兩者的狀態相互辯證,定義橋體的狀態,使建築與橋體以一種另類的意義存在於河岸中。

 

Trace is a dynamic process, is the changing condition of an object.

Trace and decay will reach its peak and turn into ruin after the times go by. Therefore, the object will be redefined and re-recognized.

 

In Taipei, Zhongshan bridge has been temporarily removed due to many reasons. The whole bridge was categorized then taken apart into 435 different parts and numbered then preserved by the river for later reconstruction. Starting by reconstructing the bridge, though monumental architecture, letting the New Bridge exist and narrate its own debate of conflict, standing along the river side with a whole new meaning.
