在最都市化的西新宿•規劃讓都

市生活和垃圾處理共存的建築設

施。誠實面對人、垃圾、能量作

為都市環境中的元素，且讓這些

元素在城市中循環。不只是高層

建築的垂直性，而是日本傳統住

家可延伸的水平性，在西新宿創

造新的尺度感。

Total Architecture is a base of a new community in

urban space. I planned the incineration plant, and it

coexists with a life in the most advanced Nishi-Shinjuku

of urban development in Japan. Because I have a

problem in separating NIMBY Facility required for a life

in the center of Tokyo. It circulates involving in a

surrounding life element: person, garbage, energy and

others. So gives seriousness to a life. This architecture

has a big roof of a Japanese tradition, and it’s not

perpendicular as a skyscraper, but seems to spread

horizontally and eternally. This will create a new scale to

Nishi-Shinjuku.
