在東部花蓮縣秀林鄉和平的土地上,政府上位計畫期望以永續、環保的概念切入這片開放敏感度較高的區域,而台灣水泥和平廠也因應此計畫目標成為永續循環的工廠,並且顛覆工廠的定位,期待能與社會共存共榮。

然而我們要如何去平衡這樣一塊需開發卻也需還予自然土地的責任?

希望可以藉由這座中繼站,重新審視自然之於人類的態度,在第三人為的介入過程,期望能將人
