食譜圖書館

食譜圖書館位於台北大安區的寧

靜住宅區内，空間安排上有一個

書庫塔，館藏家傅料理食譜和影

像紀錄檔，小學生通過種植各種

食材的溫室來學習，地下室是

個居民交流的大廚房,是各種文化

料理設備和專業廚師的表演舞

台。

我的設計研究了1960s-1970s地

下刊物如 Whole Earth Catalog,

Global Tools等，如何在現代利

用簡單工具來連接因大量生產所

造成手與心的距離探討如何連接

食物、食材、食器、與食譜,形成

都市中的食物地景

Recipe Library is located at a residential area in Taipei.

The library has a book tower with

“homemade”

cuisine recipe and some media record inside. Students

from elementary schools learn how to take care of

eatable plants in the greenhouse. A big kitchen for the

exchange of cooking experience in the basement is a

community center as well. The kitchen is also a stage

for. food from different cultures and for professional

chefs to perform.

I study underground publications in the 1960s and

1970s, such as Whole Earth Catalog, Global Tools, etc.,

The purpose is to connect the distance between hand

and mind by simple tools and to create a food

landscape in Taipei’s city life. The design finally shows a

space of connection among the cultural, the social and

memory by food.
