我的老家是米店•日本的米非

常好吃，所以我想在東京設計

-個米屋可以讓人們感受到真

實的米。基地位在東京原宿的

大樓縫隙之間。原宿是年輕人

的地區，農家收成後還沒輾

製的稻穀直接送進米屋，把原

本農村的碾米製程搬進城市裡

面。剛碾出來的米才是最美味

的。城市中的米屋是為了直接

分享米的魅力與呈現生活背後

支持的系統。

My parents’ house is a rice dealer. Japanese rice is

delicious.

I designed a rice dealer conveying real nature of

Japanese rice in Tokyo.

The site is space between buildings in Harajuku Tokyo.

This rice dealer treats the whole progression,

including rice husking and eating rice brought by

farmers.
