你曾想過一天有多長嗎？

日復一日，人們無意識地移動在城市裡，想不起一天去了

哪些地方、做了哪些事。在生命重複的循環中，每個人都

成了時間的囚徒，困在生而為人的存在，無法逃開意識中

空無的荒謬感。

透過哲學對存在的質疑、藝術中對徒勞的演現，此設計以

空間作為測量時間的單位，並延長、凝結、抽離日常低限

行為，組構成一連串看似重複而空無的儀式，試圖創造人

在時間與空間中的無意義感， 進而感知人所存在的本質。

這是最平淡卻最深刻的一天。時間旅館將你的一天串成漫

長的旅程；而你，將深刻存在於其中每一個當下。

 

Day after day, people move around the city unconsciously 

and often can’t remember where they have been, and what

they have done. Gradually, people can’t feel their own exis 

tence and lose their awareness of space. In the cycle of re

peated and meaningless lives, everyone is a prisoner of time, 

trapped in the framework of the existence of life. People 

cannot refuse or escape the sense of absurdity. What if, we 

look deeply at the empty and profound experience  in life? 

Can we feel the pure meaning of existence?

Through the discussion on existence in philosophy, and the

interpretation of futile action from artistic works, this thesis  

design consists of series of seemingly repeated and empty 

rituals from the daily low limit that are prolonged, condensed, 

and detached, trying to create the sense of meaninglessness 

in time and space, moreover, let people perceive the essence

of human existence.  This is the most ordinary but remark 

able day. The time hotel make your day a really long journey, 

and you make your every minute counts.
